User Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This User Agreement establishes the terms between you and AI Meal Planner regarding the use of our AI-powered meal planning tools across all supported platforms (web, iOS, Android).

2. Data Processing Rights

AI Meal Planner provides a platform that allows users to create meal plans, generate recipes, and receive AI-generated recommendations securely.

By inputting dietary preferences and data into AI Meal Planner, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and securely process your data solely for the purpose of providing the AI meal planning services you request.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of AI Meal Planner, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that the information you input does not contain sensitive personal information that you do not have the right to process.
• Use the AI-generated meal plans and recipes responsibly and acknowledge that they are algorithmic suggestions for your meals.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. AI Meal Planner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement or our Terms and Conditions.
