  • You provide accurate information that you have the right to process and allow the AI to use for meal planning.

  • You will not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

3. Use of AI Meal Planner

Our AI Meal Planner module allows you to process your dietary preferences and receive AI-generated meal plans. You agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs are algorithmic suggestions, and you are responsible for validating recipes against your allergies and health needs.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating the meal plans and recipe ingredients as needed.
  • AI Meal Planner is not liable for data loss, dietary reactions, or outcomes based on the use of the app.

4. Intellectual Property

AI Meal Planner owns all rights to the underlying software and AI algorithms used to facilitate meal planning and recipe generation. You are granted a limited, personal license to use these tools for managing your personal or family meal plans.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-availability and accurate AI suggestions, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI Meal Planner to:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer our AI systems or software.
  • Use automated systems or bots to spam the AI or overload our servers.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local legal practices.
